RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Zendusia, we want you to feel confident in every purchase you make. We understand that caring for a loved one comes with enough challenges — shopping for the right products should not be one of them.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@zendusia.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened personal care or hygiene products
- Incontinence products that have been opened or used
- Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your order, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges
If you received a damaged or defective item, we will exchange it at no cost to you. Please email hello@zendusia.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage and your order number.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at hello@zendusia.com. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at our expense — no return required for damaged goods.
Shipping
We ship from multiple warehouse locations. Estimated delivery times are 7–15 business days for standard shipping. Zendusia is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs processing.
