SHIPPING POLICY

At Zendusia, we are committed to getting your caregiver essentials to you as quickly and reliably as possible. Please read the following shipping information before placing your order.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Times
We ship from multiple warehouse locations in the United States and internationally. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- United States: 7–15 business days
- International: 14–21 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather events, and customs processing may affect delivery windows. Zendusia is not responsible for delays outside of our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order total, delivery location, and selected shipping method. Free shipping promotions, where offered, will be applied automatically at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this number to monitor your shipment through the carrier's website. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.
Multiple Shipments
Some orders containing multiple items may ship from different warehouse locations and arrive in separate packages on different dates. You will receive individual tracking numbers for each shipment. You will not be charged additional shipping for split shipments.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at the time of checkout. Zendusia is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking information shows delivered but you have not received your package, please first check with neighbors and any safe drop locations. If the package cannot be located, contact us at hello@zendusia.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date and we will work with the carrier to investigate.
